1. These Regulations set out the rules for using the Gold Premium Card (hereinafter: the “Card”) issued by Hotel Bayjonn in Sopot (hereinafter: the “Hotel”).
2. The Card is personal and may be used by the person to whom it was issued, as well as by that person’s family members and friends.
3. Use of the Card constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
1. The Card is issued on the terms set by the Hotel and may be granted to regular Guests and to persons who meet the criteria specified by the Hotel.
2. The Card entitles its holder to a 10% discount on stays at the Hotel in rooms of all categories, except for rooms of the Classic standard.
3. The discount applies only to bookings made directly with the Hotel – by telephone or e-mail.
4. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers or loyalty programmes.
5. The Card does not exist in electronic form; the holder may quote the card number or the full name of the person to whom the card was issued.
1. The Card is issued for an indefinite period; however, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel it at any time without giving a reason.
2. If the Card is lost or damaged, its holder should contact the Hotel to have a duplicate issued, provided that the Hotel agrees to do so.
3. The Hotel reserves the right to withdraw the privileges arising from holding the Card in the event of a breach of the Hotel Regulations or abuse of the privileges arising from the Card.
1. The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time without prior notice.
2. The current version of the Regulations is available at the Hotel reception and on the Hotel’s website.
3. In matters not governed by these Regulations, the general terms of booking and stay at Hotel Bayjonn in Sopot shall apply.
