How does booking through an intermediary work?
When you book through a portal, the hotel pays the intermediary a commission on your stay. The portal also manages the communication, which is why detailed requests – for an early arrival, a garage space or preparing the room for an anniversary – reach the hotel indirectly or not at all. With a direct booking, this step disappears.

By booking directly, you get a better price than through many intermediary channels. It is also worth looking at our special offers – packages such as a stay with treatments or extras for longer stays are easiest to order directly with the hotel.
A discount for regular guests
Regular guests may receive the Gold Premium Card. It entitles the holder to a 10% discount on stays in all room categories except the Classic standard. The discount applies only to direct bookings – by phone or e-mail – and cannot be combined with other promotions. When speaking with reception, you can arrange details straight away that cannot be selected in a portal’s booking form:

For summer weekends, holidays, New Year’s Eve and the dates of major events in the Tricity, it is worth booking well in advance. Outside the season, it is easier to find an available room even shortly before arrival – a good moment for a spontaneous getaway.
