Are you planning a business trip to the Tricity and wondering where to stay? Choosing Sopot is a good compromise between comfort and location: from here you are close both to offices in Gdańsk and to companies in Gdynia, and after work the sea is just a few steps from the hotel. Here is what is worth knowing when planning a business trip.

A location in the heart of the Tricity
Sopot lies between Gdańsk and Gdynia, so you can reach meetings in both cities in a similar amount of time. The fastest means of transport is the SKM commuter train – the journey to Gdańsk Główny takes about 20 minutes, and to Gdynia just over ten. If you have meetings in several places on the same day, a car with a driver may be more convenient.
Getting here and transfers
- Airport transfer – a driver will pick you up from the arrivals hall at Gdańsk airport and take you to the hotel. A transfer by premium car is also available.
- A car with a driver by the hour or for the whole day – a good solution for a series of client meetings without having to look for parking.
- Car hire at reception – from small city cars to minibuses for a team.
- Hotel garage – if you are arriving in your own car, book a space in the paid garage together with your room.
You will find details and prices on our additional services page, and practical tips in our article How to Get to Sopot.
A room for meetings and training
You do not need to look for a separate meeting venue. The hotel has a conference room of 40 m², which seats up to 32 people in a theatre layout. The following are available:
- projectors and a flipchart,
- writing materials,
- adjustable air conditioning and ventilation,
- internet access,
- windows letting in daylight.
The room can be arranged for a board meeting, workshops or a client presentation. If you are planning a trip for your whole team, see also our article Team Building in Sopot.
A day at the pace of a business trip
Morning
We serve a buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30, so you will have time to eat before your first meeting. On request, we will prepare a gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan meal, and for an additional fee we will deliver breakfast to your room.
After work
After a full day of meetings, make use of the sauna and small fitness room – they are free for hotel guests. You receive a separate access card for each visit, so you can be sure that no one will come in during your workout. In the fitness room you will find a treadmill, an exercise bike and dumbbells, and towels and a bathrobe are waiting for you on site.
Evening
You can have a business dinner at the hotel’s Thai Thai restaurant, and then take a walk on the pier. It is a good opportunity to talk with a client in a less formal atmosphere.
Tips before you travel
- Provide your invoice details when booking – you will avoid corrections at check-out.
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If your meeting ends later, ask reception about luggage storage.
- For meetings that require the conference room, book it together with your accommodation.
- In the summer season and during major events in the Tricity, book your rooms in advance.
